Realistically, how often should someone confess? I've heard at least once a month. is this correct?

Also  are there any special requirements for servants, as they are supposed to be an example for all. Should they be more vigilant in confessing regularly?

Sin leads to guilt. If not confessed it leads to guiltless habits. If one delays their repentance, it will lead to further sin and this leads to death, as the bible says. So we need to confess as often as we feel we should, and as soon as we sin, even if it a quick confession. When we say monthly, it is to get us to remember that we confess regularly, and monthly is a reasonable compromise. I think a month is sufficient time to re-examine our spiritual growth, if not more often.

As Servants Yes, we should definitely be even more vigilant in confessing regularly.
